Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in engineering discipline
- Previous manufacturing engineering supervisory experience from Plastics Part Suppliyer for Automotive, Electronic Manufacturing, and Rigid Packaging
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Systems/Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in FMEA, PPAP, and other engineering requirement activity
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering documents, Plastics Material Properties, Technical Standars and Design Specifications
- Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Proficiency skill in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other computer application
- Experience in ISO System and environment company with certified 9001, 14001, 45001
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferable)
